Smittybilt billet grilles are designed with the highest quality materials to provide that custom look.  Each grille is manufactured to exacting specifications, and both the special bolt-over and traditional cutout designs take just minutes to install.  Smittybit billet grilles use 20-50 percent more aluminum than other billet grilles designs for tighter spacing and a distinctive style.  These grilles are custom-designed to each vehcile - you won't get some generic universal-fit design. Four extrusion sizes are used, with larger extruxions on larger vehicles.  Angles of extrusion vary from 30-60 degrees, providing a truly unique look.  Their durable billet aluminum construction is welded robotically and then powdercoated for long life and a great look.
